Photographic Color Printing: Theory and Technique

A technical overview of the fundamentals and advanced techniques of color printing written by a professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Contents include human vision and color photography, theory of light and color, tricolor theory as applied to the photographic process, negative and positive processes, use of the densitometer, masking, color separations, and reproduction of color photographs.
