In 1966, when she was working as a receptionist for a New York society magazine, Linda Eastman stole an invitation to a Rolling Stones press reception to be held on board a yacht on the Hudson River. She took her camera along and was singled out to be the only photographer allowed on board. Thus began her career as photographer of the legendary music scenes of the sixties. This book is a collection of the best and most important of her photographs--most of which are published here for the first time.
