While most of the world is familiar with the atrocities committed in the former Yugoslavia, nearly all of the images brought to us by the media were made by foreign journalists and photographers, travelling through the region for brief periods. This book is unique in that the powerful images contained herein were made by photographers who call Bosnia home, offering the world their own personal perspectives.
