Naked New York

The latest observer to turn science into irony, Greg Fielder has made a visual survey of New Yorkers--an Investment banker, a junkie, a bookseller, a closet queen, and a security guard, among others--presenting photographs of them dressed and undressed. Identifying them only by their profession is a particularly sharp criticism of big city culture, but the information these images reveal, about our perceptions and prejudices are even more provocative.
