Carlos Becerra is a Venezuelan freelance photographer based in Caracas-Venezuela, whose work focuses in Photojournalism and documentary photography.
In 2014 he closed his IT company and decided to turn his hobby into a professional career which coincided with the beginning of the protests in Venezuela, from there he quickly began to work with different international agencies with whom he continues to work today.
Carlos's work has been featured in international publications and media such as CNN, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Le Figaro, Le Monde, El Mundo (Spain), Miami Herald, Kansas City Star, The Sacramento Bee, Huffington Post, Bloomberg, Boston Herald and MTV among others.
Carlos has work in assignments for Amnesty International, Bloomberg, AP, AFP, Anadolu Agency , Xinhua and EFE.
