My love of photography that started as a hobby has grown strongly into a great passion of mine. I wish to keep improving my photography and processing skills. I have goals and dreams to develop my work and to one day have a solid portfolio and many projects that I can hopefully showcase. It would be extremely fulfilling to have wall space in an exhibition within a city across the world somewhere and possibly sell prints. Knowing they are hanging on walls of peoples homes would be a great personal achievement and satisfaction to me and hope to publish my own book.
I really enjoy discovering artists that inspire me to the styles and processing I love. To mention a few, I love the work of Gregory Crewdson- his books 'Beneath the Roses' and 'Cathedral of The Pines' are breathtaking. I have always had an obsession with low light photography and the atmosphere created from this style and Markus Lehr of Berlin, Germany is a true master of his craft, I love his ongoing work and his book-'Fairytales and Nightingales'. Christopher Soukup an American Photographer who creates cinematic frames out of this world. Chris Dorley Brown of UK has such a unique style whilst showcasing Architecture and street photography. These are just a few of many who are a great inspiration to me. Its fascinating to me all the in-camera and many processing techniques that I slowly build knowledge of and learn to achieve certain looks and finishes within my work and find it very interesting to inspire towards other artists whilst creating my own style.
