The pandemic has altered our personal lives in profound ways, causing sickness, isolation and loneliness for people everywhere. We have been confined to our dwellings, unable to physically travel or share our lives with others beyond our immediate families. The pandemic has also changed the everyday external landscape around us. Commonplace objects and places feel out of context, unfamiliar, even strange, adding to our sense of isolation and loneliness. These images will remain in our memories even after we have moved on.
