Clare is an award winning portrait and fine art photographer. She originally trained as a ballet dancer and then studied photography at the Royal College of Art, London. The body, movement and the collaborative process with her subjects form the foundation to her photography.
Her strong personal style is evident in her long-standing projects, books and the posters she devises for theatre companies, such as the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre, London. Clare’s work has been widely exhibited and is in permanent collection at the National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Photographic Society Collection, V&A, London and the Parliamentary Art Collection.
