The majority of issues our users encounter are caused by using an old version of Safari. If you are using Chrome, it updates automatically. Firefox is OK, but we recommend Chrome or Safari.

How do I enter?

First, you'll be prompted to join LensCulture for a free account to upload your files (or you can just sign in if you have an existing LensCulture account). Then follow the simple instructions to upload your images and to provide all the proper information for each.

How many photos can I submit, and what are the fees?

You can submit a group of up to 3 images for an entry fee of $30, additional images are $5 per image up to a maximum of 10 images.

What are the image specifications?

Upload jpegs that are a maximum of 1280 pixels on the longest side and up to 3 MB in size each. The jury will review each of the photos on screen only. We cannot accept photos as prints or CDs in the mail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

U.S. users can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. All other users can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also use Paypal, please send the total fee to paypal@lensculture.com. We will receive a notification from PayPal, then submit your entry.

Can I replace or re-arrange my photos after I've submitted them?

You cannot replace or remove images but you can rearrange them as well as edit the photo titles, description, and your submission statement.

How many times can I enter?

You can submit as many times as you like — assuming you have lots of great images and you can afford to pay the entry fees for all of them. We suggest, however, that you edit your photos wisely, and send us only your very best.

What are the eligibility rules?

All work must be original. Works previously shown at RayKo are not eligible. The juried exhibition is open to all photographers, national and international.

When do you notify winners?

Notification of juried results will be mailed or emailed on July 3, 2014.

Please explain details for submission of accepted work

Accepted artists will be invited to send or deliver actual work. All work must be framed or mounted with a wire affixed and ready to hang. NO SAW TOOTH HANGERS. Entries are handled with great care, however, RayKo assumes no liability for work on its premises. All selected works must be for sale. RayKo retains 40% commission on all photographs sold, so price accordingly. Selected images may be used for promotion of the exhibition.

Can I get a refund?

No. Entry fees are non-refundable.
