I started taking photos at 22 working for a local news paper and did it on and off for the next several years, working as a new born baby photographer as well as freelance work for various clients. Portrait photography came into my life when I was living in LA and turned a spare bedroom that wasn't being used into my photography studio. I invited musicians, comics, actors to come through to have a free session while I tested lighting and editing styles. Needless to say I'm still figuring things out but I'm enjoying the experience of working with people and capturing moments.
