Photographer with 9 years experience who enjoys shooting with both film and digital in the tradition of Berenice Abbott, David Vestal, Wijnanda Deroo, Brassaï, and other documentary photographers, but with a contemplative and metaphysical aesthetic.
Currently working with both digital and analog, my work deals with expression, history, time, mood, and place – both the experience of the now and its dislocation. My tools of the trade are her Canon 40D & 6D, Nikon FM, Zeiss Ikon Contessa, and Bronica ETRSi. My studio is located in a 19th-century historic artists’ building overlooking New York City's Union Square Park, across the street from Andy Warhol’s legendary Factory (1974-1984). Diana has exhibited at a virtual group exhibition at Las Laguna Art Gallery in Laguna Beach in 2020 and 2021.
