Donna Cleary started her adult life working as an RN and raising two children. Discovering art, she slowly segued into making art full time. Becoming an herbalist has helped define and frame her art.
She has been represented in many solo, two person and group shows including those curated by Phong Bui, Catherine Morris, Asya Geisberg, Jovana Stokic and more.
Reviews include the New York Times by Roberta Smith, The Economist, Rhizome, Spread Art Culture, etc. Residencies include MASS MoCA, Mildred's Lane, Cill Rialaig (Ireland), Chashama North.
