I'm is a professional graphic designer based in Sydney, born and raised in The Netherlands. I relocated down under in 2003 and now call Australia home.
Photography has long been a strong passion. I picked up my first camera at the age of 12. Over the years my hobby has evolved from taking family snaps with my grandfather's film camera, to creating black and white fine art in the digital age. I recently started an Instagram account @monochromevisions, marking a new chapter in my photography journey.
I prefer to shoot in monochrome. I simply find it easier to capture the essence of a scene in black and white: colour is just a distraction.
