Uganda was ruled by dictatorship and civil war with tens of thousands of victims. The displayed mannequins, which are in front of the clothing stores in Uganda, are dressed in the latest fashion .... The dolls are like the people drawn by the war, injured, destroyed ... and patched again .... they have to work .... as well as the people there ....
In Uganda herrschte Diktatur und Bürgerkrieg mit zigtausenden Opfern. Die abgebildeten Schaufensterpuppen, welche vor den Bekleidungsgeschäften in Uganda stehen, sind angezogen mit der neuesten Mode.... Die Puppen sind genau wie die Menschen vom Krieg gezeichnet, verletzt, zerstört...und wieder geflickt....sie haben zu funktionieren....wie auch die Menschen dort....
