Emma is British, half Argentine, born in Paris in 1976 and lives in Argentina. Her work has been exhibited in the US, UK, France, Germany, Brazil and Argentina. Her photographs have been published in magazines such as European Photography, Next Level, DWELL, LensCulture and Loupe, amongst others. In 2008, she was nominated a PDN30 and a Discovery of the Fotofest Meeting Place.
A project that was born from fascination for the beauty and abstractness of the pre-Andean plains, rapidly evolved into a need to document this particularly fragile region, which is now under serious threat of desecration due to man's eagerness to extract the rich minerals from its soils.
