I'm a documentary photographer concentrating on long term projects and everyday street photography. Past projects include life along the Lincoln Highway (the first cross-country road in the United States), contemporary life in the Maya villages of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, and religious traditions in Guatemala.
In another life I was a photojournalist at an American newspaper, The Philadelphia Inquirer. In addition to working on my own photography, I collaborate on projects with my wife, Kass Mencher, and I’m a member of the Instagram-based collective, Hikari Creative.
