Erica Frisk is a Boston based artist who creates her work in using the medium of photography. She is a graduate from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design where was studied Photography and Art History.
In 2015, Frisk had two solo art shows at the Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge, MA of her bodies of work, “Somos Uno” and “To My Mother Who Used to Tell Me Stories”. Group exhibitions that she has participated in include: The Art of Hope and Spirit in 2013 at The Concord Art Association. A Survey of a Familiar Object in 2012 at Aviary Gallery in Boston, MA. Massart Benefit Auction, 2011-2013 in Boston, MA. Small Works, and The 2011 Juried Art Show at Soho Photo Gallery in New York City.
