About Erinn Springer

Erinn Springer is a photographer from northern Wisconsin. Embracing the character of rural life, her work is inspired by the cycles of the land, memory, and mortality. Rooted in documentary practice, her photographs draw from reality to portray a sense of fiction found within everyday life, straddling the functions of record and narrative to elicit sensorial experiences and convey personal anecdotes of rural America. Her work has been featured in and commissioned by The New York Times, The New Yorker, Le Monde, Smithsonian, Vogue among others.
