Native from Nantes, Gildas Paré works in France and abroad. Self-taught, he met with the development of photography and the Black and White draw when high school.
In various studios general, he devoted many years to perfect his photographic art. Since 2005, he seized the opportunity and launched as an independent professional photographer. Gradually, he feeds his quality by developing a culinary photography. He discovered then all issues of aesthetics and appearances related to the lighting of advertising products.
From this observation was born the desire to cross the mirror of idealism usually controlled by its customers. Since 2010, through a personal style he developed his photographic copyright qualities and thus tries to understand what is behind the appearances of our consumer society.
His photographic series question our gaze face our own desires or not aware of the reality and explores our ability to go beyond the ease offered by the appearances of mere consumption of images, beyond the plastic body, social masks and other illusions landscapes, to read the privacy of the human soul. For each of his photographs, it creates several possible readings, inviting us to make the effort to catch a glimpse a reality too often buried ... And we thereby bringing our own fiction ...
