After a degree in fine art in the 80's, I embarked on a career in TV commercials and music videos in London, Dublin and Manchester. I developed a number of drama projects including the film "Shotgun Dave Rides East" starring Peter Capaldi, set up a record label and managed post punk legends Howard Devoto and Magazine before returning to photography full time in 2012. The Kings Of England book is due to be published by Bluecoat Press in2018. I produced the Hull Beermat Photography Festival with winners chosen by Martin Parr for Hull City of Culture 2017. The Kings Of England pictures were selected from open submission to be exhibited at the 2017 Belfast Photography Festival. I now lecture in photography at The University of Lincoln.
