About Imola Balázs

I graduated from the Práter Street School of Photography in 2001. During my school years, i studied with the hungarian photographer Tamás Katkó, then i continued my studies as an autodidact. From 2005 to 2013 i worked for newspapers and since 2013 i have been working as a freelance photographer.
There is a hungarian saying: sitting back at the cinema. I always do this because i am interested what happend in the backround. Interesting characters or situations and i like humor and irony. I love human storyes, I take delight in searching the past, i notice how people live around me, and i grab a story from their everyday life.
