Born in Turin in 1985, Isabella Quaranta graduated in Sciences of Historical and Artistic Cultural Heritage in 2012 and obtained a Master in Advanced Photography at the IED in Milan in 2014.
She focuses her work on self-portraits and portraits, describing situations between reality and dreams.
Parallel to this photographic research she also dedicated to event and theatre photography, collaborating with the company LabPerm di Castaldo.
She is among the eight artists selected to represent Italy at the JCE Bienniale (Jeune Création Européenne) 2019-2021.
She is the winner of the Critics Award (Photography section) of Premio Basilio Cascella 2020.
