I am James Mahon an international award winning photographer, based in Athy, Co Kildare, Ireland. I am the holder of Distinctions from the Irish Photographic Federation (LIPF), the Royal Photographic Society (LRPS), the Photographic Society of America (PPSA) and the International Federation of Photographic Art (EFIAP)
My photographs have been exhibited in over 50 countries worldwide. I have completed courses sanctioned by the Photographic Society of America in the area of Image Evaluation, and have judged fphotographic competitions at international level.
As a photographer my job is not just to push the shutter button and capture an image. Using a combination of lighting, posing and post-processing I make your vision a reality. I have learned and perfected these techniques after years of hard work and trial and error.
