Gérardy was born in Saint-Mard, Belgium. He studied computer science engineering at the University of Liège (Belgium).
He practices photography since he was a child. He did improve his photographic skills by attending workshops and portfolio review sessions with recognized photographers.
Gérardy likes documenting instants of life capturing people in their day to day environment.
