Born in 1991, Jeremy Starn is a photojournalist by trade but has recently included paintings and sculpture into his environmentally concerned work. He spent three years photographing a commune in Costa Rica where the world's largest wooden sailing cargo ship is currently being built. He is an MFA candidate at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
