Johanna Haerens (she/her) (°1993) is a photographer living and working in Brussels (BE). Photography has been a creative outlet since childhood, making use of both analog and digital cameras.
Haerens focuses in her work on themes and people close to her, using photography as a means to look at the world and life from a different angle. With her photographs, she invites the spectator to do the same.
In 2020 Haerens portrayed the women for the project ‘Les Femmes de la Rue P.’, resulting in several expositions around Schaarbeek, Brussels (BE).
