About Julio Hardy

Julio Hardy is a Fine Art and Reportage photographer born in Argentina. He studied in Berlin, and several years ago he moved to Southern Spain locating his "hub" in Malaga, from where he travels to do his assignments. He specializes in documentary and editorial photography and develop fine art portfolios. Julio was awarded Photographer of the Year in the Spider Awards 2007, and have published in several magazines and graphic media such as Black & White Magazine, Photo, Camera Arts and several European newspapers. He was a backstage photographer for Warner in the filming of Gravity, the Cuaron's film starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney, and his images of Gravity have ben featured in New Your Times, Los Angeles Times, among others.
His works are in private and public collections.
He is director and curator of the Biennial of Fine Art and Documentary Photography, now in its fifth edition.
