Born in Hong Kong and raised in Australia, I have been a professional photographer for over 10yrs and now am based in Brisbane.
Since completing my Bachelor of Photography in 2004 I have been working as a professional photographer in the areas of fashion, portraiture, photojournalism and commercial photography. Although I’ve worked as a professional photographer for over a decade I still consider myself as an emerging artist in the field of fine arts.
My personal work is influenced a lot by portraiture and photojournalism. It is about expressing my relationship with my subjects and the environment around me. All my recent works are photographed using traditional black and white/colour negative film.
In 2017, my ongoing project "River", got chosen to be exhibited at the Head On Photo Festival in Sydney, Australia.
