RIVER

River is my four year old son’s middle name. It is a name that represents something that is always changing yet focussed, never still, sometimes calm and other times thunderous. Beautiful in it’s shallows and mysterious in it’s depths, never holding back and on the path to something bigger. This series represents his childhood and how it is much like a river. By viewing and capturing his own world through how he sees it as a child. The images are honest, mysterious, and created from a place of love. All images are shot on 35mm black and white film.
