About Kaede Tsuji

Kaede Tsuji (b. 1993) is a Japanese portrait and fine art photographer. While attending Kansai Gaidai University, she participated in a study abroad program at Portland State of University(PSU) in Oregon, USA. At PSU, she learned photography and film. Post - graduation, she is working as a high school English teacher in a special needs school while maintaining her photography passion on the side. Her photography consists of harmony of nature, people, thoughts, feelings, poems and words from people around her. The subjects of her photoshoots are not only Japanese people but others worldwide. She held a group art and photography exhibition : “Pop-up-quarter”at Toyama Glass Art Museum in August, 2021, a solo photography exhibition: “Storytelling” at Otto Studio 1975 in May, 2022.
