I'm based on the wild and beautiful North Norfolk Coast, and love creating styled shoots, making environmental portraits, and shooting semi-abstract landscapes.
For my styled shoots I greatly enjoy researching contemporary influences, styles, lighting and posing trends and locations, working in partnership with hair, make-up and models to give our collaborative image work depth and authenticity.
In my environmental portraits I am looking to build a bridge of rapport to connect with my subjects. Through listening and responding to them with openness - using words, tone of voice and body language, to help them project their own authenticity - I seek a gateway to their world, to help us create imaginative, personal, empathetic work together which rings true.
Sound is key to me - sound of the voice, of the environment, of music.
