After graduating from Drexel University with a BS in Photography, I moved to New York City to naively embark on my career as a professional photographer. While honing in on my skills and craft, I worked as a studio manager for a wild fine-art photographer (seriously, I could write a sitcom about my experience there) as well as assisted for a handful of commercial photographers. After a couple of years I had the good fortune to land a coveted position with Leica Camera, providing sales and technical support to some of the most well know photographers in the world. While this was an incredible experience, after 5 years I had an over whelming feeling that it was "now or never" and decided to take the plunge into the world of freelance photography.
