I am a Brooklyn based artist who works with photography. I work with and without a camera, with film negatives and handmade negatives. I layer transparencies on glass plates and expose my paper with an enlarger, flashlights, and rave-lights. I make installations, as well as, large and small photographs inside of squares, rectangles, and other shapes. All of my photographs are unique works.
My photographs have been shown in 2015 at the Material Art Fair in Mexico City, at London Photo, and in New York at Denny gallery and Laurence Miller gallery.
I received my MFA from the University of Illinois, Chicago and my BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In 2015, my work was reviewed in the New Yorker, Collector Daily, and BeautifulDecay.
