After studying Photography and Cinematography I worked as a cameraman for 30 years. Lately started taking portraits of friends and colleagues.
Some of my portraits are very dark, I trie to draw the attention to the person's face. I do print my portraits according the "Piezography" system: using 7 shades of black pigment inks resulting in a very wide tonal range and still detail in the darkest areas.
