Magnus Pölcher holds an MA in Communication and Media from Freie Universität Berlin and is a graduate of the Picture Editor Class 2017/18 at Ostkreuz School of Photography in Berlin.
In addition to his work as a Web and Social Media Editor (Goethe-Institut London, Humboldt Forum Berlin), he worked for 2,5 years as a Curatorial Assistant at the House of Photography / Deichtorhallen Hamburg. As a visual expert, he now writes about photography and develops independent exhibition projects as a curator. Another area of interest for him is how art institutions can transfer their exhibitions and programs into the digital world.
