Mehdi Moghimnejad

Mehdi Moghimnejad is an Iranian contemporary photographer, researcher and faculty member of Tehran University of Art (TUA).
Moghimnejad’s world of photography, with a hyper-realistic and very personal photomontage method, which he named "Verisimilitudes", can be described as a creative conversation with the history and culture of Iran and the broader Middle East. The collection "Monument[s]" that has not been shown yet as a solo exhibition, is his latest endeavor to challenge photographic reality.
Moghimnejad's works have been presented in various solo and group exhibitions, auctions and expos, and some of his works are kept in the permanent treasury of the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts (TMoCA).
