Micaela is a self taught photographer with a successful 10 year career in portrait and event photography behind her, beginning with a private commission by Lord & Lady Egremont in 2002 titled "A Year on The Leconfield Estate" which was exhibited in Petworth House. Over the past year Micaela has had more time to pursue personal projects in portraiture and street photography. Her portrait of Joe & Danae was selected for The Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize in 2014.
