Valera and Natasha Cherkashin work together as a team since 1980s. We learned Photoshop in the SVA in New York in 1999. Photography for us is not the final result, but a material for our artistic work. We have done a number of international projects. Our work includes the combination of photography and large scale photographic installations, underwater exhibitions, live performance art, as well as major video projects.
We live in Moscow and New York.
