I received my first camera at age six (1952), and have been photographing ever since. Over the past 22 years, I have had 10 solo shows. and my work has hung in dozens of juried exhibitions. My photos have garnered third place, second place, best in show, and people's choice honors. Subject matter ranges from landscapes to nudes to portraits to street shots. My final project in photo school (Lake Placid School of Art, 1975-77) was a portrait portfolio, exclusively in black and white. Whether monochrome or full color, portraiture continues to fascinate me, combining as it does so many elements of the photographic art with the limitless possibilities of the human face.
