Michelin Star Kitchen

A project documenting the work and art of a Michelin Starred restaurant. Shot over four full services at Simpson's in Birmingham. Shooting the kitchen was intense, challenging and very rewarding; recording the amazing skills of all the chefs involved and tasting the simply incredible food, which I also photographed.
