The aim of Lolita fashion is just to emulate little girls, despite the term used to define it. It is a reaction against the fashion industry that sees women as sexy. They don't attempt to seduce grown up men by dressing childish . Pedophiles like little girls. They don't like grown up women dressed in a childish manner. There are different Lolita styles. Gothic Lolitas are characterised by dark make-up and clothing. Sweet Lolitas adopt lighter colours and childlike motives in its design. Japanese in general are fashion conscious people and the fashion industry has produced some successful designers who have influenced the rest of the world.
