A-ping

Skuon, capital of Cheung Prey District, is a dusty little town - a rest stop for long-distance truck drivers. It is also a town where one can get the best a-ping. It may actually be the only place where you can get them fresh. A-ping, in Khmer language is simply a deep fried tarantula.
