Wandering stories

Photography is my passion, not my profession. I come from the field of visual communication and design. I capture reality as a solitary observer of everyday life in my surroundings and feel my images as stills from a movie. Photography became a form of therapy for me during the years of financial crisis in Greece. I choose to work in B&W, since in my opinion color may distract the viewer from the content of my images. The sea is an important element in my photos. I feel the freedom and sense of contemplation coming from the fluid environment.
