Brussels: What's NOT in the guidebooks

Brussels, like many major cities, has problems that its leaders don't want to admit to themselves, its citizens, and especially to its potential tourists. Unfortunately when a city does't deal with its problems these problems often become worse - much worse - and the city's quality of life suffers.
