The Faces of the City of London

These photos were taken as part of a daily photo challenge. The aim of the challenge is to take and publish a photo every day for an entire calendar year. I work in the City of London, London's financial district, and these photos are a selection of the characters I've encountered while taking part in the challenge. The aim has always been to capture a pinprick of a moment and let that tell a story. What I've learned is that an area ostensibly made for work and business is dripping with light, humour, intimacy, and feeling.
