As a young adult in a Latin American context, I have always grown up accompanied by myths and stigmatization about mental health care. As a man, I was expected to be firm in any circumstance, and it was like that until I had my first breakdown. This series of photographs is my therapy, my essay, my concerns that I have been through and I could never say them in words.
