Painted with Light

I am a portrait photographer. I find images in Black and white to be fascinating. The balance of blacks, grays and whites is a delightful challenge. Using a macro lens allows me to see and speak through natural lines and features on my subjects faces. I search for gestures, movements and most of all light to tell a story that others can not see. With my finished art, I want to engage my audience with drama, fun and a sense of a spectacular presence.
