Sacred harmony

I feel like human’s instinct is found in the nature mostly when I find a little human (which is my son) in the field. Also, I feel like I am watching my childhood standing in front of me through the lens. There is thinking that all things have their own spirits in Japan. Such as rocks, ocean, mountains, animals, bugs, plants, and so on. It is believed that there are various kinds of spirits here and there and everywhere. It makes a belief that spirits are watching over us all the time. People and nature are always living together. As I live in the site where several kinds of pilgrimage routes are leaded to shrines. This place has the solemnity and sacred atmosphere. I am shooting to visualize the cultural and historical images that these natures have. These natures are very close to people’s life. Although we sometimes struggle with natures, we live in harmony with natures and brightened up by the sprits of the natures. These are the pictures that the sacred harmony of nature which is deeply rooted in our lives. I wish that people would feel calm and rediscover each self through viewing my photos.
