The process of transformation is precent in every moment of life. Something occurs, transforms and vanishes. Depending on the awareness of the subject, the perception of this process varies, which is again depending on the different levels of consciousness the subject encounters the "something" with. In my work, I enjoy playing with the process described in the paragraph above as well as being a part of it. Trying to catch the transformation, I find myself in the middle of the event, blending fully into the moment. This presence allows me to meet and experience objects, situations or happenings in different layers of my consciousness. My intention is to stimulate the observers phantasy and creativity by looking at my work, to reach out into the depths of their encephalon, to connect areas often used far too little and to work against their deterioration. By looking at one photograph for a while, including the title later and then seeing the whole piece of art, different feelings might show up, change, and vanish, just as every "thing" in life does. And if you are aware of this process, you will notice yourself being a part of it.
