When it Rains at Night

Night photography has its own challenges and rewards. Night photography in the rain--from mist to drizzle to downpour to freezing sleet--is especially fun. Yet I am drawn to the mood of night rain. Noir. Lonely. Mysterious. It feels like the moment before an invitation. These images are taken in or near the small American prairie city of Fargo, North Dakota.
